Joined Amarillo Nephrology in 2008. He attended Baylor University where he graduated with a degree in biochemistry. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern medical school in 2002. He went to the University of Alabama in Birmingham for training in internal medicine. After a year as a chief resident, he completed his specialty training in Nephrology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to maintaining board certification in internal medicine and nephrology with the American Board of Internal Medicine, he is trained in interventional nephrology.
